Our Pre-orders require a 48-hour notice, so it’s advisable to secure your reservations as early as possible once you’ve chosen a date. However, feel free to check with us via a phone call to inquire about the possibility of accommodating your short notice order. Please note that such inquiries should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
We provide delivery exclusively for our Mobile Graze Boards within Colombo and surrounding areas, with charges applied based on the location. For all other items, kindly pick them up from the Plattered.Colombo location. If you choose Pick Me Flash Delivery, please be aware that we do not take responsibility for any damage or loss. It’s crucial to discuss this over a phone call, and pick up should be arranged within the chosen time slot. We do not hold responsibility for freshness if the pickup occurs outside the designated time.
We provide an estimated serving count, giving you the flexibility to choose the size of your graze. Even if our platters are designed for 50+, it can still be arranged for a crowd of 20. It’s all about customizing the presentation to impress your guests in the way you prefer.
While we don’t personalize platters due to our routine, we value your concerns. We’ll take them into consideration and include or omit specific items as specified.
Please pick up all platters and boxes from our Plattered Colombo location at 21, Sulaiman Avenue, Jawatte, Colombo 05. Feel free to call us at 0774014523 for pick-up directions if needed.
For optimal enjoyment, we recommend consuming the platter within the first 4 hours. If refrigerated, it can remain fresh for up to one to two days.
We generally prefer the client to pick up the appetizers. However, for certain items like wine glass platters, we do offer venue setup within Colombo for a minimal transport and service fee.
All our appetizers are standard. However, if you have preferences for specific meats or cheeses, we can make adjustments. In some cases, certain hotels do not allow wet meats, so we will substitute with a similar value item. We don’t completely change the product list.
